As a Ride & Stride Fundraiser or Supporter this is the main fund-raising event for Hampshire and the Islands Historic Churches Trust which provides grants & loans to the region’s historic churches (of all denominations) for essential repairs and restoration work. Half the money raised by each participant will go the church of their choice; the other half goes to HIHCT along with any Gift Aid that can be claimed. If you are raising funds for a particular church please be sure to mention your church’s name and its town or village in the ‘personal message/story box’ when you edit your message on the Virgin Money Giving fundraising web page so that we can send the money to the right place. You can also donate all your funds to the Trust
